Please keep in mind that most dresses are specially ordered just for you upon receipt of your order and payment. We keep very little stock, therefore, cannot offer a cancellation, exchange or refund. This policy is in place to for two reasons; to discourage customers from buying multiple items and selecting the one they like best then returning the rest, also, since we offer a guarantee of "NEW" products only, all customers are guaranteed that the product they receive has never been tried on or worn then returned.

We inspect all items prior to shipment and cannot be held responsible for items damaged during shipment. We do not maintain a large stock of dresses so we can continue to offer our customers the largest selection and latest styles.

SIZING & COLOR DISCLAIMER

SIZING: Please use the size charts provided to assist you with selecting the best size. Keep in mind that the size charts are provided by the manufacturers and are average measurements for their entire line, not exact measurements of each style. Measurements will vary based on style and manufacturer. We will not be liable if the style you order does not exactly match the the measurements on the size chart. Because we work with many manufacturers, sizing variations do exist. We will do our best to include known variances on certain styles by providing either a note that the style may run small or large compared to the average size in the industry or provide a separate size chart for that particular style. Please contact us if you need assistance with sizing. We will be happy to assist with sizing and fitting, however, will in no way guarantee a perfect fit and will not be held responsible for sizing variances or sizing errors. We do recommend that when selecting a size, that you select a size that is at least 1/2" - 1" larger than the actual measurements in chest and waist for a good, comfortable fit. Additionally, usually as size increases, so does length in most cases, but not every time. Some dress styles are shorter or longer than dresses in the same category, so again, contact us if you have any questions prior to ordering. Alterations may be necessary so please plan ahead because it could take up to 14 weeks to receive a special order dress.

COLOR: Colors may appear different online - We try to represent colors shown the best way possible however, color shown may not represent the exact color of the garment. Unfortunately, swatches are not available.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING NAME/ADDRESS:  Due to recent fraudulant orders received, we are no longer able to ship to an any individual other than the purchaser (Billing Name).  We can ship to the billing name at an alternate address, however, the alternate address must be within the same city and state as the billing address.  If you place an order and provide a different name and address (from Billing Name & Address), the order will automatically ship to the Billing Name and Address.  If you have any questions regarding this policy please feel free to contact us
